TMP102: default setting of T_High and T_Low

Customer are asking the default temperature setting of T_High and T_Low.

Hi Ben,

The power-up reset values are the following: T_High= +80°C and T_Low = +75°C.

Additionally, the temperature limit registers are explained in further detail in section 7.5.4 of the datasheet.
