Hello,

Our customer installed TDC720xEVM GUI successfully and upgrade MSP430 firmware according to the EVM user's guide, but when he inserted the TDC7201-EVM to MSP430 Lauch Pad to check connection, it didn't recognized by PC and it has no TDC7200EVM (COMx) in Device manager. His operating systerm is Win10, and he has installed the Labview engine runtime and also installed the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 by

But it hasn't been resolve the problem.

Could you please help to analyze?

Hi Kailyn,

Please see past thread 960528. What is the GUI response once the EVM is plugged in and the GUI is opened, and does the device manager display change at all after the EVM is plugged in? I suggest trying to upgrade the firmware using the UniFlash tool and then trying to connect the EVM again.
