All devices mentioned in the Self Calibration document (SPRACF4A) refer to AWR devices. Are all calibration functions also applicable for IWRxxx devices?

Tom,

Yes, Self Calibration document broadly applicable for both AWR and IWR devices, There would be small variation from device to device depending upon features that are supported. For that you may have to refer individual device data sheets and SDK documentations.
