FDC2112: Can FDC2112 detect capacitance between 1uF to 8uF?

Can FDC2112 detect sensor capacitance between 1uF to 8uF? and which value of L and C should I use in the LC tank ? Thanks.

Thank you for your inquiry and your interest in TI products.

As you have probably seen in the data sheet, the maximum detectable capacitance is 250nF.

The equations for calculating the L & C values are given on page 19 of the data sheet.
