LDC1312: How can I increase the voltage of the INA0 pin from 1.5 (V) to 1.75 (V)? Please give me a hint.

Part Number: LDC1312
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LDC1314

Excuse me.

When the [IDRIVE0] field of the [DRIVE_CURRENT0] register is set to the maximum value of 0b11111 and the voltage of the INA0 pin is measured, Vpp is only about 0.5 (V).
The LDC1314 data sheet states that the INA0 pin voltage should be between 1.5 (V) and 1.75 (V).

How can I increase the voltage of the INA0 pin from 1.5 (V) to 1.75 (V)? Please give me a hint.

By the way, each parameter is as follows.

The value of C is 1000 (pF).
The value of L simulated by [Coil Designer] is 7.89 (uH).
The Resonance impedance displayed in the Coil Designer is 1822.4 (Ω).

Thank you.
