LDC1312: Why doesn't the INTB pin become H?

Hello.

I attached the INTB pin of LDC1312 and a pull-up resistor, connected it to the GPIO of the MCU, set the [DRDY_2INT] field of bit0 of the [ERROR_CONFIG] register to 1, and then read the value of RCOUNT0 periodically. However, the INTB pin remains L (measured with an oscilloscope).
Why doesn't the INTB pin become H?
please tell me.

Hello,

What is the value of the pull-up resistor you are using? The INTB pin does not require a pull-up, and if the resistor is small enough it may cause the required current to exceed the output drive capability. Additionally, what is the voltage supply for the system?

Thank you for your response.

The value of the pull-up resistor is 10 (kΩ).

Also, the system voltage is 3.3 (V).

Thank for replay.

[0] is SDA of I2C.

[1] is SCL of I2C.

[2] is Vp.

[5] is INTB.

Hello,

The INTB pin becomes high when it is de-asserted. Reading the STATUS register will de-assert the INTB pin.
