TMP112: Failure in Time (FIT) Data

I am interested in Failure in Time (FIT) data for the part number TMP112AIDRLT. Specifically I was hoping to get:
1. The temperature at which the FIT testing was done
2. The FIT E9 value (after 1 billion hours) or the FIT E6 value (after 1 million hours)
3. The activation energy (Ea) of the chip
