TMP108: TMP108 active power consumption data and 2D/3D file for thermal simulation

Hi,

My customer is evaluting TMP108. They want to know the active power consumption, I didn't find this data in datasheet, please help to provide. also

they need to simulate the thermal,asking for 2D/3D file and thermal coefficient data. Not sure if this is something TI can provide. thanks.

Dear Yue -

the active power consumption of this part depends on input voltage -

@ 1.8VDC in, should be in the range of 30 to 52uA and with 3.6VDC, should be in range of 29 to 57uA.

The thermal information is on page 4 of the datasheet and this document should be the reference
