IWR6843ISK: what is difference between corner frequency and cut-off frequency?

Part Number: IWR6843ISK
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: IWR6443, IWR6843

As below, there are two expressions In "IWR6843, IWR6443 data sheet "

(1) 1-dB Compression Point (Out Of Band) is measured by feed a Continuous wave Tone (10 kHz) well below the lowest HPF cut-off frequency.

(2) The analog IF stages include high-pass filtering, with two independently configurable first-order high-pass corner frequencies. The set
of available HPF corners is summarized as follows:
Available HPF Corner Frequencies (kHz)

I think that  HPF cut-off frequency.and HPF Corner Frequencies have  the same meaning

but Using both expressions at the same time is because the two words have different meanings ?

If two words are different, please let me know what is difference

thanks
