I can not find T_case(Tc) for below materials from related datasheet.

Could you help to check them?

Hi Alex,

Are you looking for the thermal metrics? They can be found in section 6.4 of the datasheet. The second row provides junction-to-case thermal resistance.

Is this information helpful or is there another spec you are looking for? I'm not quite sure what is meant by T_case.

Alex,

Additionally, we do not spec a Junction-to-case (bottom) thermal resistance when the device has no thermal pad. That is why the information there is blank.
