IWR6843: About the hardware and software test/validation at production line in factory.

I have completed a new IWR6843 based project development and need to start mass production immediately.

I wonder what calibration and testing needs to be completed in the factory production line?
In other words, what tests should be completed for the function part of iwr6843 in a mass production product before it can be determined as a qualified product? We need to test every production one by one.

Does Ti have any suggestions and specifications on these test items? Furthermore, are there any software tools available for these tests?

Thanks for your reply. I have studied this document before I post previous question to this forum.

It looks like this document only provide and heghlight some useful guidelines about how to design a reliable PCB as well as the antenna. what I am concerned about is how to qualify the quality of the whole production after SMT soderling and other manufacture process, especially for the electrical performance of IWR6843 RF portion.

For the Antenna calibration you could use the "Range Bias and Rx Channel Gain/Offset Measurement and Compensation" of the MMWAVE SDK User Guide and the mmwave_sdk_<ver>\packages\ti\datapath\dpc\objectdetection\<chain_type>\docs\doxygen\html\index.html document
