Hello,

Could you confirm the following questions for TIDEP-0091?

1.What does mean "I2C update" in the WARNING box at page 13 of the documentation for TIDEP-0091?
Does it mean that setting the PMIC from MSP432 through I2C?

2.After modification described in Table 4, does the circuit correspond to 2nd row (SWRA577) in Table 3?

3.What does mean "Low power" in Table 3?
Does it mean the circuit applied to Table 4 modification?

Best Regards,
Nomo

  • Hi Nomo

    1. The I2C update refers to use of the LP87524 J PMIC. If the LP87524 B PMIC is used then one should not run the LDO Bypass function for risk of damage to board. See the demo_common.h (68) for how the correct PMIC configuration is set.

    2. No it corresponds to the mode described as Low Power in the prior table 3.

    3. This low power mode involves using a switching scheme with the PMIC for the lowest power measurement mode.
