TMP1075: TMP1075DSGR

Part Number: TMP1075

Hello,

I would like to get clearer explanation of how does the address setting mechanism works when connecting connecting address pins to SDA / SCL pins.

Also Please clarify if I need to directly connect them or use between them a certain value of resistance

Tx

  • Dear Israel -

Welcome to E2E and thanks for posting.

When using the TMP1075, the state of pins A0, A1, and A2 is sampled on every bus communication and must be set prior to any activity on the interface.

Obviously, the SCL and SDA lines will have pullup resistors on them, and direct connection to GND and V+ would be recommended otherwise.
