I would like to estimate for each configurations the needed ADC start time.

Could you provide us the model used to estimate adc start time depending on chirp configuration ?

Please refer to the ADC start time requirements in the below application note :

You could also use the Ramp timing calculator that is a part of mmwave studio for that purpose.
