Our customer wants to understand how we determine the probability density functions for Bop & Brp? Also if one sample will always turn-on/off at the same point or if there is a randomness for the on/off level within a single hall effect sensor.

Hi Art,
Instead of designing systems based on the PDF, we recommend designing the system based on the min/max Brp/Bop specs. These min/max specs take into account any drift as well as device to device variations. The following post has more info on this recommendation:
