Hello Team,

We use LM35DT in out card, I want to know the soldering profile of the same.

Please help me.

    Dear Kavindra - 

    The LM35DT package is TO-220 type, which is a through hole package and this one can also be mounted to a heatsink. The industry standard profile for this type of package is 260C at least 1/8" from case for no more than 10 seconds and this time will depend on type of solder used (might be much less time required - usually solder will melt before that). This explanation is why the profile is listed as NA, because normally, when PCB goes through wave solder, only the leads are exposed to the wave solder, not the entire device, as is what happens with surface mount parts.
