IWR1642BOOST: Embedded reading data into FPGA

Part Number: IWR1642BOOST
Hi,

I'm working on a project for school with an FPGA (Xilinx Zynq single-core SoC) and need to read the data from the IWR1642BOOST.
Is there a possibility to read the data from the sensor via UART or IIC connection?
During testing I came across many examples where the USB cable was used to read the data. In our case it should be read directly, without a USB connection.

Is there a script to send the config file to the sensor in C language? Or is it possible without a config file.
Also, the data came out in hex code when I did a test via the computer (mmWave_Demo_Visualizer 3.5.0). Is there also a possibility here to get this in a different format?
I have already looked and tried several forum questions, none have worked so far.

Kind regards,
Ralph
