The coils PCB design has been made via webench (following this blog coil design intro).
-Now how to design the target PCB?
The TIDA-00508 provides the "TIDA-00508 Target Shape Calculator (TIDCA88)" EXCEL file.
-How should the parameters from the coil Webench tool be entered in this EXCEL file?
-How can R and H be used? Are units mils or mm?

Thank you for posting.
The dimensions you have listed correctly fit the TIDA-00508 target design ratio. The thickness of the target's copper pattern should be twice the skin depth of the signal. Skin depth can be calculated with the following equation (eqn. 1 from LDC Target Design):
For the Target Shape Calculator the "Center R" parameter corresponds to the radius of the central circle, d3. The H parameter corresponds to the maximum width of the target, d1. All values are in mil.
