what steps should i do ,when OTP to PGA900?since I set the VP_OTP at votage of 7.5V.
Are you able to follow the process outlined in the PGA900 Users Guide to program the OTP?

i'm sorry i don't have PGA900-EVM.
So i want OTP to PGA900 with XDS200.

If you want to program the OTP on the PGA900 you have to use a different PGA900.gel file than the one that is already included.
There is a setting in the PGA900.gel file which automatically sets the REMAP bit as soon as the XDS200 connects to the PGA900.
In order to prevent this from happening, so that the OTP can be programmed properly, the gel file needs to be modified. In the gel file is the following function:
If you would like to program to the OTP instead of the DEVRAM, the function should be modified like so:
Additionally you will need to apply 7.5 V to the VP_OTP pin while programming.

should I select some PIN to high or low level ,So the chip can do well after power on
In what way does the device not work? Are you able to place the microcontroller into reset to be able to read back the OTP registers? Can you confirm that the OTP memory matches the file that you loaded into it?
