Sensing solutions EVM GUI toggling not connected/connected with both LDC1000EVM and LDC1614EVM

Hi! I'm trying to get the GUI for my LDC eval boards working (v1.8.8) but it reports "Not connected", and then briefly (for less than a second) flashes "Connected". This repeats every 12 seconds, and with all four of my eval kits (two for LDC1000 and two for LDC1614).

It also occurs on two different computers, one is a Dell running Win7 and the other is an old HP running WinXP so I don't think it is HW or OS related.

What's happening?

Can I get older versions of the GUI and/or drivers to try them out?

I attach the log file for reference.

    Hi Filip,

    What version is the LDC1614EVM (look on the back; there should be a number like SV601126, followed by an A or a B).

    It's a B.

    The issue resolved itself when I happened to find the old software, named LDC1000-SW. It installed its own drivers and also requested to upgrade the firmware. After that, the LDC1000EVM worked with the old software, and both LDC1000EVM and LDC1614EVM started working with the new software, installed before!

    So there must be a bug in the new drivers or firmware, I guess.
