TDC1000-C2000EVM GUI v1.2.0.83 and TDC1000-TDC7200EVM GUI v1.2.7.1 does not open / not working.

Hello,

The successful installation the following programs, but programs can not be opened. Operating system reports an error.

I tried on all operating systems. (Windows XP, Vista (32Bit), Win7 (32bit) and Win8.1 (64-bit) has not changed.)
In addition, I installed Labview (Runtime) and I updated the situation still has not changed.

a).TDC1000-C2000EVM GUI v1.2.0.83
b).TDC1000-TDC7200EVM GUI v1.2.7.1 (RevF)

Can you help me?

    Please confirm which operating system you require.
    Also please confirm the files were completely downloaded.

    The exe files do not require any additional Labview installs and install all required components.

    I checked the files are downloaded from the link and opened successful.
    But the GUI does not run after installation. I tried on all operating systems available. Currently, I try on Vista (32bit) system.
    EV kits are available. I need to start experimenting, but I can not start due to GUI problems.

    Could you send the older version installation? or only the exe file without installation?

    The GUI is made for Windows 7. You should try on that first.
    Could you describe or show a screen capture of what's the operating systems error you see?

    Were you able to go through successfully the steps described in chapter 4 (page 11)?

    Also, note that the installation file to download (TDC1000-TDC7200EVM GUI v1.2.7.1 zip file) is 184070KB. Please check the downloaded zip file matches this size to confirm there's no download error.

    I tried the Win7(32 bit) system. the results did not change.

    We are looking into this. I think this might be an issue running the executable on Win7 32-bit version. Is it possible to try it on a Windows 7 64-bit?
