Hi, for the TMP121, is there any inductance and capacitance parameter value for the sensor??

Did this table come from a competitor's device? It doesn't make sense for TMP121. Can you give more information?

Hi Ren,

Basically we want the sensor parameter. We need this information to get the intrinsic safety (ATEX) approval.
We already select the TMP121 to be used in our design.

The product is a Handheld Gas Detector at Mining Site.
Thus, we need the required sensor parameter for the ATEX approval.

Can you provide the applicable ATEX specification? I don't believe we have supported ATEX before.

My apologies, we had a long holiday weekend.

I've reviewed your excerpts with our design team, and we're still very confused by your request. From the system perspective, TMP121 is not a linear circuit. The analog components on the inside are not exposed to the outside. For this reason, we don't feel it makes sense to provide an inductance value for the pins. The excerpt says non-linear circuits should be spark tested, but it doesn't appear that you've provided clause 10.1. All of our pins do have ESD protection diodes, and they are tested according to industry standards for ESD. I've reached out to our quality assurance team that manages this ESD testing, and they are not aware of the ATEX standard either. I'm not sure that we'll be able to provide any further assistance.
