are there any test-results available which evaluates the long-term-stabiltiy of the LMT87-Q1?

In addition, will the accuracy degrade after the soldering-process?

Hi Michael,

The accuracy specifications of the LMT87-Q1 will stay within the datasheet limits for long term use.

The accuracy will not degrade after the soldering process. More information about the solder reflow process can be found at http://www.ti.com/packaging
