FDC2214 uses LC tank to set the frequency of oscillation.
How to oscillate the LC tank?
Although not the FDC series, we found a figure showing sensor oscillation at INA pin about LDC131x, LDC161x like following.
Can we consider INA and INB of FDC2214 are excited with half sine wave alternatively like upper figure?
