AFE5812EVM: AFE5818 EVM GUI (HMC-DAQ GUI): Error "Initialize Device"

Hi,

I followed the instructions in AFE5818EVM Usermanual and managed to download the afe5818 firmware to TSW1400. Afterthat te HMC-DAQ GUI automatically is opened. As in the user manual, I have to click "Initialize Device" button to initialize the device. However an error occurs: "OOPS!! File Not Found. File Name Empty". I have no idea what are these errors.

Any idea?

FYI: as in user manual, there should be also a "DUT RESET " button, but in my AFE5818 EVM GUI it's not available.
