DRV5013: Output voltage

Hi All,

i couldnt find the output voltage value of the DRV5013 on datasheet, when its high or low. Normally there should be an info about output voltage when its high according to Vcc ,when its low according to ground.

Hi Ozi,

Thank you for posting on the E2E Forums.

The allowable range for the output pn is -0.5V to VCC, where the maximum value of VCC is 40V.

The actual output is open drain, with a switch resistance of 50Ohm and a maximum sink current of 30mA.

Hi Carlos,
Is the low level pn voltage value change as proportional to the input voltage? if yes what is the tolarence ?

Hi Ozi,

Yes, the low level voltage at the output pin depends on the pull up resistor value and the supply voltage.
The mosfet internal impedance is 50ohm, as such, assuming a value of 1K is used for the pull up the output voltage (low level) should be 50mV above ground with a supply of 5V and 240mV with a 24V supply.
