AWR1642BOOST: mmWave Demo Visualizer TICloudAgent Error

Hi

   mmWave Demo Visualizer can not connect to TI CloudAgent when I use our company netwrok, but it can work if I use the my Mobile phone's wifi. I would like to know which network ports used for TI Clout Agent? Because our company's network does not open all of the port.

    Hello Chianan,

    I would suggest using the offline version of the mmWave Demo Visualizer. You can download it to your desktop at the this link by pressing the button highlighted in the red box in the following screen shot.

    Hi Adrian

      I download the visualizer and try to setup it, it fail and said the GUI composer run time  is not installed. I install GUI composer that I download on TI GUI Composer WiKi with version 6.2.0.1 but the visualizer installer still said can not find installed GUI composer,  I also try to modify the runtime directory of visualizer installer to the directory that I install GUI composer, but it also fail and said the GUI composer is not installed and it automatically to append the runtume directory with gcruntime.v4, it is very strange and I do not know how to install the visualizer.

    Hello Chianan,

    When installing the visualizer, did you select the "install from web" option? This should install all of the necessary files. If not, you can try installing this version of GUI Composer:

    https://e2e.ti.com/cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/1023/1184.gcruntime_2D00_4.0.0_2D00_windows_2D00_installer.exe
