AWR1243: How to calculate the precise power on the TX and RX pin?

Hello Adam,
The TX output power is automatically controlled internally using calibrations. User does not have to do anything externally to control the TX power level.
Regarding computing the input level at the Rx input, this can be back calculated by the ADC reading. The ADC full scale voltage level is 1V, so based on the ADC reading you can calculate the voltage level at the ADC. Then based on the RX gain setting used the voltage level at the RX input can be calculated.

     For Tx power, does the internal calibration automatically control the transmit power to be largest if we configure the Tx power back off to 0 dB? In this case, is Tx power 12dBm as datasheet?
     For Rx power level calculation, do you have any document or example?

That is right, 0dB backoff will correspond to 12dBm.

Below is an example calculation to get the amplitude level at the LNA input ->
If you are using 12bit ADC mode , a value of 0x7FF corresponds to positive peak value at the ADC input, which corresponds to 1V peak voltage at the ADC input. 1V peak corresponds to 10dBm power (50 ohms system , assuming sinusoidal signal). Now if the RX gain setting is 30dB , this means at the LNA input the power level is (10dbm -30dbm ) = -20dBm.

This way you can back calculate the LNA input for any corresponding ADC code word .
