No.
For every detected object, it has range-index,doppler-index,peak value,x,y,z, I want to know what does the peak value mean and what is the unit of peak value.

Hello,

The peak value corresponds to the FFT peak value of the detected object. This value does not have a unit and objects with a stronger reflection will produce a higher peak value. This is also discussed in the following threads:
