Part Number: IWR1642BOOST

With IWR1642BOOST, I am testing TIDEP-0090 (tmdemo) reference design.

I compiled and programmed the binary at IWR1642BOOST.

I executed the demo at Windows command prompt as below.

C:\tmdemo\mmwave_demo_dev\radarDemo\chains\RadarReceiverEDMA_mmwSDK\mmw_TMDemo\gui>mmw_demo.exe 24 10 25 mmw_tm_demo.cfg 1

After executing, there was issue with GUI Window pane.

There is no X-Y Scatter Plot displaying as below.

So, can you check how to solve the issue?

Best regards,

Hayden

  • I checked it runs fine, after adding RADARSS image for making standalone firmware image.

    Thanks and regards,

    HI Kim,

Glad to know you got it working.
Did you have to do any changes to get the bin file working?

    Thank you,
    Vaibhav
  • In reply to Vaibhav Mahimkar:

    Hi Vaibhav,

    Need to modify the "makefile".
For IWR1642BOOST standalone image, three binaries be combined to one after the compile.
You can refer makefile of default mmw_demo of iwr1642 which is included in mmw sdk.

    Best regards,
    Hayden
  • In reply to Hayden Kim:

Thank you for confirming. Will close this out.

    Regards,
    Vaibhav
