I am contacting from Chonbuk National University, Korea. We have bought several Ultrasound development board. At the first, I have test AFE5808AEVM with TSW1400 EVM by using HSDC Pro application and AFE5808A GUI. There was no problem. Then, I tried to tested AFE5816 EVM with TSW1400 but there was a problem.
I have a problem with HMC-DAQ GUI with AFE5816 EVM. I do following the AFE5816 EVM User guide but the HMC-DAQ GUI does not run on my PC.
How to solve this problem?

What version of Windows are you running? Also, please uninstall the HMC-DAQ GUI on the PC, restart it and reinstall the HMC-DAQ version listed here as an Administrator but ensure that the AFE5816EVM is not connected to the PC during installation.
Afterwards, connect the AFE5816EVM and go to the following installation folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\HMC-DAQ GUI and run the .exe file as an Administrator.
If you are still having problems with the GUI after that, make sure both the TSW1400EVM and AFE5816EVM are powered up with individual power supplies rated at least 2A each and send us a picture of your AFE5816EVM.

I am using windows 7.
I did uninstall HMC-DAQ GUI and restart my PC. Then I downloaded HMC-DAQ GUI from here and installed. After installed the GUI, I restart my PC and run HMC-DAQ GUI as an Administrator but Problem is still appeared.
Of course, while I was installing the GUI, AFE5816EVM is not connected to my PC.
Also, TSW1400EVM and AFE5816EVM are powered up with individual supplies (3A and 2A).

Hi Olu, I did install the HSDC Pro and HMC-DAQ GUI on another PC whose OS is windows 7, 64 bit like as my PC. The GUIs working well. The difference between the PC and my PC is CPUs. I do not know why it is not working on my PC. Thank you, Best Regards, Enkhbat
I am not sure why it doesn't work on your system either. But it is good to hear you have the EVM and software up and running on another PC.
