Hello,

In my customer's environment, the FlashPythonSubprocess.exe error happens and
Error is "FlashPythonSubprocess.exe is stopped" from Windows.
Do you know the solution to solve this problem?

The followings are my customer's environments:
- UniFlash version is l.4.2.1490.
- PC's OS is Windows 7 32bit.
- The target is AWR1642BOOST.

Hello Nomo-san,

This error is typically seen when you disconnect the USB from the device while the device is being flashed.

Could also find out what is the rating of the power supply used by the customer ?

Thank you for your reply.
My customers use the following AC adaptors; however, the issue is not cleared.
5V, 2A
5V, 3A
5V, 4A

Also, they re-install UniFlash, but the issue is not cleared.

Hello Nomo-san,

Is the UNIFLASH installed in the admin mode ? If not, please install the Uniflash in admin mode.
