Hello,
I noticed that LDC1101 EVM GUI cannot detect COM ports in my Windows 10 system.
Is this a known issue and if so what is the workaround? Are there any other alternative ways I can use the EVM?
Thanks!

Hello,
It is recognised as EVM with a COM port number. Today I tried with a Windows 7 machine. Still the GUI can't connect. In the bottom right corner the Texas Instruments logo is flickering in green and there's a status whcih says NOT CONNECTED.
Does this application need any Windows update or VSredist?
2541.Fix_LDC1101_GUI_com_port_issue.zipHello Pradeepa,
It is possible the USB cable you are using is not good. Also, try directly connecting the EVM tcable to the PC and don't use a hub. If that doesn't work, try using the attached file - sometime the Labview installer isn't done right. I know it can help on Windows 7 with the issue you see; I'm not sure if it fixes the issue on Windows 10.

Thanks mate!
This fixed the problem in both Windows 10 and Windows 7 systems!
Better to bundle this with your official zip file.
Cheers!
