AWR1443: AWR1443 - Receiver only operation

Hi,

I was wondering if the AWR1443 can be used in a Rx only mode?

An example would be where u have 2 AWR1443 modules where module #1 is working in a standard FMCW mode and module #2 is in Rx only mode where it is listening for echoes of objects transmitted by module#1?

Hello Dr_SP,

This is theoretically possible but has been currently untested. One would have to change the Tx Backoff to a maximum, although right now only a value of 0 has been tested.

Have you seen any information on the AWR Cascade Solutions?
