Hi,

I would like to know that what is the maximum pulse width of the Start and Stop signal for TDC7201? I know the minimum pulse width is 10ns. My laser diode and photodiode are 100 ns. Is it okay for TDC7201?

    Hi Ahmed,

    There is no maximum. The TDC only checks for either the rising edge (default) or the falling edge. It does not check both in the same measurement. So if you have the TDC set to detect the rising edge, the pulse width can be infinite.

    100ns will be no problem.
