Connected IWR1642 board to 5v power and USB to Windows7 pc. Went to web page https://dev.ti.com/gallery/view/mmwave/mmWave_Demo_Visualizer/ver/2.0.0/

Downloaded the drivers on the first access. Keep getting "Hardware not connected" error.

Windows Device Manager contains:

Any suggestions?

There is no picture showing up. Would you be able to repost and include the picture? You may need to use the Insert/Edit Media button in the advanced editor.

Hi Michal,

These drivers are included when you install both CCStudio and mmWave-SDK (v2.0). Please install both and try again.

Hello. Have installed the above software. The hardware seems to be recognized (see the config screenshot from mmWaveDemoVisualizer), but in the Plots tab only empty plots appear. Any suggestions?

I'd recommend upgrading to the mmWave-SDK 2.1 and flashing your IWR1642BOOST with the binaries from that SDK package. Let me know if it still doesn't work.
