AWR1642BOOST: What's the .dat file that is created by the bottom "RECORD START and "RECORD STOP" in mmWave Demo Visualizer ?

Dear support team

I found that i can get a .dat file when i pressed down the bottoms "RECORD START" and "RECORD STOP" shown in following figure in mmWave Demo Visualizer.

Could you tell me how to open and use this file and what was written in this file?

You can use MATLAB to open the .dat file.

I have opened the file by MATLAB successfully but i don't know the format about the file.

Could you tell me the format about the .dat file ?

The output format of the out-of-box demo is explained in the doxygen that is included in the mmWave SDK installation. For example, in SDK v2.0.0.4, the doxygen is found here: file:///C:/ti/mmwave_sdk_02_00_00_04/packages/ti/demo/xwr16xx/mmw/docs/doxygen/html/index.html

Jump to the section that is titled "Output information sent to host"

All of the relevant information can be found there.
