TMP116: Vcc accuracy questions

Hi,

We currently developing a device with the tmp116n device, and I have a question regarding accuracy depending on Vcc. In the datasheet, the accuracy is given depending on temperature and power Vcc.

For our application, temperature is pretty stable around 39°C. By now, we planed to power the pcb directly from battery. But now we also take into account using an LDO to reduce Supply voltage down to 1.9V or 2.0V.

Do you have more infomation on accurcy with fixed temperature? Or is the additional error for one-shot conversion (as given in Figure 3) for 2V about -0.02°C, so neglectable?

    The electrical characteristics are specified over the temp and voltage range. Hence the min/max accuracy of TMP116N are the parameters to consider across both voltage and temperature range. This is specified in the Section 6.5 Row-7, which is the worst case measurement you may see. There is no way for us to specify the same at a particular temperature and a particular voltage what the accuracy will be, and that is specified as a single point entry in Fig-3.
