IWR1443: Flashing through UART without the XDS110 Interface

Hello together,

I'm just preparing a custom board with the IWR1443 Chip for Radar sensing and was
searching for an answer about the possibilities to flash the additional flash beside the Chip via UART.
My question is: is it possible to write this flash directly, using Uniflash or something similar and the
UART Interface (2 Pins - RX and TX) of the IWR1443 Chip, or do I need some additional programmer/FTDI Board to be able to do this.

I actually don't want to place an additional MCU like the TM4C1294 on my Board, just to provide a PC interface.

I'm aware of the SOP settings, that needed to be considered.
