Hi, is there a new version of the sensing estimator available for the 60G parts ?

Also will this new version include the ability to save as CFG file versus just JSON ?

Hi Greg,

This is actively being worked on and expecting it to be available soon. Feature wise it will have the json support, however we can show how to extract the equivalent cfg input straight from the tool that be be pasted in to the cfg file.

Hi Greg,

The latest Sensing Estimator with 60GHz support is now available here: http://dev.ti.com/mmwavesensingestimator.

It supports a new standard JSON interface between mmWave Sensing Estimator and mmWave Studio. The JSON saved in Sensing Estimator can be used as a starting point in Studio.

We are considering adding cfg syntax based generation for chirpCfg, frameCfg and profileCfg, but cannot share a date for this feature at this time.
