Where can the NIST traceable certificates/documents be obtained for the TMP116?

We are looking at a 2-3 week timeline for the documents to be made available at the earliest and best case scenario. If you can let me know a reasonable time frame you are expecting, it would allow me to work with the concerned teams to accelerate the availability.
