I have same issue on this thread:

No issue on the different PC but I would like to solve this on my PC.
Is there anyway to avoid this error?

Can you please check by installing the Uniflash in the admin mode on your PC?

I don't what happend lately but now it works.
I will uninstall and re-install in the admin mode anyway.
