IWR6843: Human vital sign monitor, how to reduce, optimize power consumption?

Hi Champs,

Customer wants to design human vital sign monitoring system in home.

Roughly, it can reduce power consumption by optimizing the duty cycle of the measurement.

For vital sign measurement, duty cycle can affect accuracy also, i think.

So, is there more detail guide, or any idea how to reduce, optimize the power consumption of vital sign monitoring application?

In the case of People Counting (TIDEP-01000), system power consumption is ~2W.

Then, for vital sign monitoring (range under 1m), how about achieving below 1W?

    Unfortunately there aren't any power optimization techniques for this demo at this time. While there are power measurements for IWR1443 in the Power-Optimized Level Transmitter Design TIDEP-0091, these numbers have not been measured for the IWR6843 device.
