how can i measure distance between LDC1312 module & target metal. output should be in analog voltage form according to variation of distance between them.

The target metal distance is 1 CM - 15 CM.

Please guide me.

Hi Sirod,
The output of LDC1312 is inductance. You can observe the change in inductance with variation of distance between the target and the sensor but you can't get an analog output with this device. If you do not want to spend too much time into design, you can use our LDC1312 EVM as a prototype and test it first for your application: www.ti.com/.../LDC1312EVM. If you would like to design the sensor and target on your own, please refer to the following application notes:

2. Target Design: www.ti.com/.../snoa957a.pdf

Finally to get reliable results across different LDCs, I would recommend using differential mode configuration for your application.
