HI team:
our customer find an issue by using TI part TMP235A2DCKR output voltage abnormal at -40℃ again (Vout >1.5V ) ,the failure rate is 5/149=3.36%,the failure DateCode is 1816,
more than 200 systems had been performed power cycling and stress testing in room(25'C), high(65'C), low temperature(-40'C),
200*5=1000pcs TMP235 components are verified and ~8pcs malfunction when power up in -40'C.
TMP235 is connected to TI UCD90124A, I will attached the issue report for the analysis.
