Dear all

For this device, I want to manual welding, could you share me the temperature and time of solder, so that don't damage the device ?

The time of solder is that welding on the pins.

    This information is on page one of the addendum in the data sheet - at the end of the document.
    it is also available here: www.ti.com/.../search

    if you have a look at the MSL/relow rating columns in either area, you will see that if you are using the WSON package, the peak temp is 260C on the solder profile.
    if you are doing it manually and have soldered before - just watch the solder flow to make a good fillet and remove the iron.

    for the TO-92 package, this would be like soldering any through hole device. there is no "profile" - but I would think it is generally agreed that you would just watch the solder flow, as above to make the good connection and remove the iron. I would say that 260C is probably safe temp - just make sure the temperature your iron is set at matches the type of solder you are using (leaded vs. unleaded)
