Part Number: IWR1443BOOST

Hello, I want to purchase a 1443BOOSTEVM for the purpose of proximity and position sensing. However, there are 3 options from TI; just the IWR1443BOOSTEVM, the IWR1443DATA-CAPTURE BNDL and the IWR1443MMWAVE-BNDL. Which of the 3 will be more suitable?

    Hello,

    You can run the mmWave SDK out of box demo on the IWR1443BOOST EVM. This demo provides proximity and position sensing capability as an out of the box example. To run this demo, you need only the IWR1443BOOST EVM and a PC with Chrome browser.

    The IWR1443-DATA-CAPTURE-BNDL includes the DCA1000 data capture EVM (besides the IWR1443BOOST EVM) which is needed if you need to capture the raw ADC data for analysis and algorithm design.

    Please look at the videos provided in mmWave Training Series for more information on running the SDK out of box demo as well as capturing raw data with DCA1000 EVM.
