TMP116: NIST traceability certificate

Hello,

Is it possible to receive a NIST traceability certificate for the TMP116? I know that the datasheet states that they "are 100% tested on a production setup that is NIST traceable and verified with equipment that is calibrated to ISO/IEC 17025 accredited standards", and guarantees the operation of the device in the specification for operating conditions. However, I was wondering if it is possible to receive an actual certificate?

Hello Amit,

The TMP116 is being used for monitoring products during transportation and warehousing, primarily for the pharmaceutical sector, which is why we require the NIST certification.

Could you also send it for the TMP112 as we are testing this sensor as well, thank you.

Hello Amit,

As the TMP 116 is NIST calibrated and traceable, after how long does TI recommend to calibrate it? Most calibration are done every 12 months, however, it depends on the manufacturers recommendation. I have seen that some say that there sensors are valid for 24 months.

Can you please tell me how long the calibration is valid for?

We follow an annual calibration process for equipment that are required for the unit calibration
