LM50-Q1: LM50-Q1

Part Number: LM50-Q1

Hello,

I'm Taewook Kim in Halla mechatronics.

I have a question about LM50-q1.

I have seen a Supply current in datasheet.

Supply current is around 90uA@5V, 25deg. But Quiescent current is also same value in 25deg.

Is Supply current same as quiescent current?

And What is maximum supply current in 125deg?

Thank you.

Best Regards.

  • Hi Taewook,

Supply current and Quiescent current are not the same.

Quiescent current is the amount of current the device would use while "on". This would be the minimal current the device will consume while on.

Supply current however, depends on the supply voltage. It is the value of current drawn from the power supply. You can expect the maximum supply current to saturate at 90 µA.

These two values can differ quite a bit depending on the power supply voltage as can be seen in the figures below. For example when the device is operating at 75C.
