Hi,

I met a problem when I was trying to config device on mmWave demo visualiser. Nothing shows up on Console Messages board.

First of all, I downloaded and installed all software I need, then connected hardware to my computer. After hardware connected, the Console Messages board was still empty and no objects were detected.  Sensor seems it wasn't working.

And I would like to know if there is any button on the MMWAVEICBOOST board that could press to reset everything.

Anyone can help me?

    Hi CH HO,

    Have you been able to flash the board using uniflash?

    There is a reset switch (NRST, SW2) that you should press after applying power to your board.

    Thank you so much.

    I'm trying to flash the board using uniflash but i met another problem now. It seems it is loading infinite long. I have been waiting overnight but still no response.

    And I think I set up everything right. Plz tell me if anything's wrong.

    Hi Akash Gondalia,

    Errors occurred when i was trying to flash the board. Alert message is "Cannot read property 'DS' of undefined". I guess the reason is that I cancelled the loading page suddenly during 'initialization' or my company wifi is not stable (reconnect every 30 mins), then the flashing process was interrupted and stuck in some status.

    So I list the things i get to do:

    1) Refresh everything so that the board available to flash again.

    2) Find some way to flash the board offline

    Do you have a way to disconnect your computer from wifi or disable the firewall?

    Hi Akash,

    Yes, I can. I tried to flash it using my phone network data but the same popup shows Cannot read property 'DS' of undefined. Does the popup shown mean some wrong coding occupying the board inside? Any way to restart everything? I mean make the board start over as the first beginning.

    I want to figure out what's wrong with my board. I had tried mmWave Studio but it didn't work before I started to try uniflash. I'm not sure if this failure caused the problem I'm facing in uniflash now.

    Anyway, I really want to fix it then test the radar. Plz help.

    Hi CH.HO,

    The supported method for flashing is Uniflash. Do you have a way to disconnect from your network entirely? Is there a separate PC you can try?

    Yes, i tried another PC with switching off wifi and using offline version of Uniflash. No error shows up now but it just shows loading and initialization complete... Even three hours later nothing changed.
